i really love everything that came in the box, but my shipment was perfectly smooth, the cardboard box it came in was fine but the actual box for the item itself was damaged, and looked like it'd been kicked multiple times over, dented, bent, and just overall unaesthetically pleasing. it made me really upset because this was supposed to be a gift/momento for my HS best friend who had her first child recently.
