Arrived very fast and in good shape. live the dog house. It went together easy and is very sturdy.

Item came with a broken piece from one of the floor sides. I glued the broken piece using wood glue to the floor side from which it came. See photos. Since Markabudoes not offer the option of a price adjustment, I decided to keep the item because I desperately need a kennel for my puppies. Item would have been an excellent purchase if it weren't for the broken piece and the lack of option for buyer to keep the item but with a reasonable reduction in price (20% off?) due to broken piece (materials and extra labor on my part to fix item). Instructions on how to install roof could have been better written or make them easier to follow.

This dog house is not for large dogs and I don't recommend keeping outside unless you weatherproof it. Measurements are just as described but should be listed for small dogs, medium dogs.
Would make an awesome chicken coop!
and remember be very delicate when putting together. maybe add a little Elmer's glue where you think you need it, especially on the screws.
