haven't tried my face mess yet but it's very soft and I just love it very much

it definitely fits it's description. however, you have to figure out how to get the perfect balance of heat without hurting yourself while still giving the towel enough time to still hold heat and be hot on your face. I've yet to figure it out. Luckily I haven't been hurt but when I do put it on my face the heat disappears really quickly. I barely get a chance to feel it. I do have a silicone version to this one though. so if I use that on top it traps the heat in longer
