It kind of looks like the picture, but the chest piece is not the same. It is actually longer in the middle and there are padding pieces in there. That look really tacky because you can see them. it is a lot heavier than the picture depicts it to be.... I'm not really happy with this purchase, As it is very different than the picture. But you get what you paid for. I think it's worth $60 if I have a little bit of extra money to pay someone to alter it. Especially on the top piece. I'm going to have to pay someone to fix it just like the picture and to take that padding out. The top piece is a soft velvet fabric and the undergarment is very much like the thick texture of an actual wedding dress that you would imagine.... The zipper only goes down about one foot from the shoulder blades. I am 5'1 and I weigh 134 and I will have to take 6 or more inches off the length if I'm wearing flat shoes in my wedding, i ordered a small and I weigh 134lbs and i usually wear a small in shirt and a 4in pants and it was a tad bit hard to zip up.
