I have a always been pretty well satisfied with my products that I order, UNTIL NOW I RECEIVED A STAINLESS STEEL 8X8 STORAGE UNIT THAT WAS DENTED,ALL ASDLESSLY PARTS MISSING AND HAVE BEEN CONSTANTLY ON THE PHONE WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEN REQUIRED A PHONE CALL WHICH WAS TOLD "'OH YES SIR WE WILL GET THIS TAKEN CARE OF QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE FOR YOU"WELL THIS HAS WENT ON SINCE ABOUT 10MINUTES AFTER it was delivered beat all to Hades and opened it and big dents,box was ripped badly and assembly screws and plates missing.,called width in 10-20mins.a after it was delivered by one guy who stated that he was tired of the Bull s#@$$.cayse he had to load truck by himself.Welk on shed bor it started lift needed.On the website article stated. "' 1PIECE STAINLESS STEEL SHED .. WET IT'S NOT, IT'S TWO BOXES AND ASSEMBLY MISSING AND WEIGHTS 65KG AND THAT'S OVERWEIGHT TO SHIP. WAS TOLD TO CANCEL REQUEST FOR RETURN/REFUND AND MAKE another one and request that in be shipped in two shipments and guests what was tolld closest place from my location WAS a. 4 HOUR DRIVE.I AM NEARLY 60 YEARS OLD AND DISABLED, JUST HAD BACK SURGERY AND NO WAY TO GET FRICKING FOUR HOURS AWAY.AD SAID. ONE PIECE SHED ,bull two boxes and short at least one box and damaged and say their not going to help with this.well I was told it ""WAS going TO BE TAKEN CARE OF AND RECEIVED MESSAGE THAT BECAUSE I CANCELLED THE REQUEST AND THEN REQUESTED AGAIN LIKE I WAS TOLD BY SUPERVISOR, SEND ME MESSAGE THAT THAT THERE'S NOTHING ELSE THEY CAN DO. WELL MAYBE NOT BUT I DO HAVE ALL CALLS RECORDED AND ALL TEXT WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HIGHER UP THE LADDER AND SUPERVISOR 'S CALL'S AND TEXT, I BELIEVE I CAN DO SOMETHING ELSE ABOUT IT.THIS IS VERY FRUSTRATING AND VERY DISAPPOINTING. GUESS I AM DONE IF THIS ISN'T RESOLVED LIKE IT SHOULD BE. THEY WON'T BE ANOTHER EIGHTY FIVE,EIGHTY NINE ORDERS FROM ME OR PEOPLE I HAVE TOLD ABOUT HOW GOOD markabu WOULD WORK AND HELP YOU.
