I'm rating with 1 star, because I received this eyelliner DRY, it doesn't have no ink/liquid at all, the tip is literally white. Im pretty disappointed, first time markabu does me dirty, but I don't mind that much because it wasn't even expensive, but I was expecting for the eyeliner to work due to I'm already running out of mine.
