My daughters love these sponges. They’re soft and same quality as purchased at other retailers but lower price. The little plastic case is also handy!

I ususally use the Real Techniques sponges. These are a little more dense than those. I prefer the RT ones, but it's a slight preference, and these are SO much more affordable! The first one I used was lighter in color. When I went to the darker color today, I wet it of course, but when I squeezed it out, it was FOAMY, and the water was tinged green from the sponge (See photo). I took it to the faucet and repeatedly ran it under water, squeezing, and then squeezed water out of it. When foaming stopped, and water looked to be running more clear, I used it. If this freaks you out, move on to a different product. I don't like it, but I'm not freaked out enough to skip it. First photo shows size difference between dry and damp. Second is dry one in case I found on Markabu. Third is wet one inside same case. Fourth is case closed with damp one inside. Last two are of green water coming out of it this morning.
