Why did I wait so long on buying this, I love it. already used it three times in the last four days. Made scalloped potatoes in half the time it usually takes and shredded a head of cabbage in minutes. Yes I highly recommend this item. Looked at buying for awhile now and the price between here and a major store is a good 20.00 difference for the exact same one. My friend got one from the big store in town and is furious with me because mine cost less and is exact same thing. <laughing>

Makes slicing easier, Easy To Use, works great. I've bought several mandolins that were either cheap or just didn't work. this one is amazing, no cutting plates to store, they are are built right into the product, multiple slicing thickness, age stainless steal. I'm in love!
